❌ Undelivered Orders

• Prepaid Orders:
  If the order is returned to us due to failed delivery, a full refund will be initiated within 24–48 hours after we receive the returned item.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
  If delivery fails after 2 attempts, the order will be cancelled automatically, and you'll receive an email notification.
